Information needed to register your
child in a Northmount Community Program
- Must have a 2009-2010 Community League Membership
- Must have the following payments and deposits:
- Community League membership (cash or cheque)
- Registration fees (cash or cheque)
- Volunteer deposit (cheques only) – one cheque for each
volunteer commitment (i.e. one cheque for EACH bingo
obligation, even if two are being done on the same night
or for different children).
- Must complete a Freedom of Information Consent Form for each child (available at registration).
- Must have child's Alberta Health
Card number.
Note:
Separate payments are required for registration,
community league membership (cash or cheques), and for each
volunteer bingo deposit (cheques only.) Please see our Bingo
