Hall Rentals

Northmount hall is centrally located on the north side of the city and a perfect location for weddings, barbeques, dances and many other functions.  

We offer:

• caterer designed kitchen with bar area

• seating capacity for 265

• small stage perfect for a DJ to set up

Available add-ons to rentals:

• dishes - plates, salad bowl, coffee mugs and cutlery

• DJ equipment with cd players, speakers and microphone

• Lcd digital projector for presentations

• catering with menu options

Also available for seasonal functions:

• outdoor skating and hockey rinks

• access to a multitude of ball diamonds

• community playground right next door for family functions

After confirming your date is available email rentals@northmount.ca with

1. Your requested date

2. Your name complete with contact information

3. Type of function.

At that time the hall will be tentatively booked. You will receive a confirmation number by email, this number will now appear on the calendar as a rental.

After reading  Hall Rental Contract, fill in the last page and along with the completed  Northmount Service Selection  fax to 780 800-0051

Deposits must be received 30 days prior to the event. (Please see contract for terms)

After deposit is received the rental date will be confirmed.
